Our internship curriculum focuses on developing covenant leadership that empowers you to lead in both your personal and spiritual life. These transformative courses are designed to sharpen your skills, deepen your relationship with Christ, and prepare you to lead others with Kingdom vision and purpose. Through spiritual growth and practical leadership, you’ll step into your fullest potential as a disciple of Christ.

Class Schedule

TheChurch Internship spans 9 months, running from September to June, providing you with a solid foundation for spiritual growth and leadership development. Classes are held once a week in the evenings.

Internship Commitment & Requirements

As part of the internship, you'll commit to both serving and learning in hands-on settings. These requirements are designed to help you develop discipline, accountability, and spiritual leadership, preparing you for greater influence and impact. All students are required to:


  • Serve and worship during weekend services
  • Submit weekly reports at Monday classes
  • Bring your Bible and notebook to class each week
  • Study and apply the previous week’s lecture notes
  • Upon graduation, serve as a leader at theChurch for at least one year

Covenant Commitment:

As a part of theChurch Internship, you'll be committed to both spiritual growth and leadership integrity. This covenant requires dedication to the mission of theChurch, active participation in class and worship, and upholding high standards in all areas of life and ministry.


  • Serve the mission and statement of faith of theChurch.
  • Maintain a high standard of leadership, integrity, and character.
  • Two-week limit for excused absences from classes.
  • Three-service absence limit from weekend worship.
  • Commit to the Leadership Honor Code, tithing 10%, and participating in prayer and Bible study.
  • After graduation, serve as an Intern for no less than one year.

    Why should I choose theChurch Internship?

        TheChurch Internship offers life-changing opportunities to learn directly from the teaching and experiences of our Senior Pastor. You’ll benefit from the combined knowledge and creativity of our teams, gaining hands-on experience with our equipment and facilities. This practical training will equip you to take the next step in your calling and leadership.

    How long does the Internship last?

        The 9-month Internship runs from September to June, with Mondays off for holidays. Upon graduation, you’ll serve as a leader at theChurch for a minimum of one year in your assigned area

    What is the application deadline?

        Applications are due by the last week of August, ahead of the Internship's start on Monday, September 7th. After submitting your application, an interview will be scheduled with the Senior Pastor.

    What subjects will I study?

        The course of study covers five key areas: Discipline, Identity, Leadership, Purpose, and Covenant. After each section, you'll submit a summary paper, and additional assignments will be given during class. You’ll also be responsible for completing a weekend report for each class.
